Ken Hassett, Vice President of Construction and Asset Management

Ken Hassett has more than 30 years of experience in management, land development, and construction. Projects have included new mid-rise Marriott & Embassy Hotels, high-rise office buildings, shopping centers, luxury town homes, Senior Citizen apartment projects and multi-million dollar research facilities.

Mr. Hassett is responsible for all new construction and renovation of Windsor Capital Groups existing hotels, renovations and new projects. His responsibilities include; due diligence for new projects, development of design/construction documents & budgets, Brand approvals, contracting and oversight of construction projects.

Mr. Hassett graduated from California Polytechnic University, San Luis Obispo, CA with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Architectural Engineering. He also has his B-1 Contractor's License.
