Monica Bonifazi, Regional Director of Revenue Management

As Regional Director of Revenue Management, Monica Bonifazi has the responsibility for providing oversight for 9 Embassy Suites Branded Properties with the majority being in California. Primary focus is on revenue maximization, providing direction and leadership for property level revenue teams, and supplying critical analysis of all revenue management strategies.

Mrs. Bonifazi joined Windsor Capital Group in 2003 as a Front Desk Agent at the Embassy Suites Temecula and quickly progressed through the organization to positions with greater responsibility, including property level Revenue Manager. In 2006 Monica took on the role of a Dual Revenue Manager, managing 2 properties. In 2007 she was promoted to a Cluster Revenue Manager managing 3 properties. In 2008 she was promoted to Regional Revenue Manager and in 2011 to Regional Director of Revenue Management.

Mrs. Bonifazi has excelled in all brand training and graduated from Hilton Revenue Management University. She won the prestigious brand award, "Embassy Suites Revenue Manager of the Year" in 2007. She resides in Southern California with her family.
